Already 16 dead after the shelling of the Nikolaev Regional State Administration/State Emergency Service

Rescuers all night dismantled the rubble of the building of the Nikolaev Regional State Administration. They are still looking for people under them.

As of 07:00 on March 31, 16 dead are already known. 15 bodies were pulled out from under the rubble and 1 person died in intensive care.
