As of November 20, 10,945 crime prevention points are already operating throughout Ukraine, and another 2,356 are ready to open.
This was reported by the Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure based on the results of a meeting of the Coordination Headquarters on the deployment and organization of work of non-breaking points.
According to information from the regions, as of mid-November, 13,301 crime prevention points have already been created, which is almost 1,200 more than the planned estimated number.

“Today, active work continues in the regions to prepare for winter, and one of the important issues of such preparation is ensuring the uninterrupted operation of indestructibility points in the autumn-winter period. Taking into account possible threats, communities must be prepared to respond to long-term challenges, noted Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction – Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Alexander Kubrakov.
At this meeting, they discussed the retrofitting of PN with generators, fuel, provision of access to fixed Internet, as well as updating data on their location in the Diya application.
Since the end of October, a map of non-breaking points has been available in Diya, using which you can find the way to the nearest PN and check the availability of services there (ramp, Internet, mobile communications, generator, etc.). Only those points where these options are available will appear on the map.
On October 17, Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal said that more than 13 thousand crime prevention centers have already been deployed in Ukraine, and about 2.5 thousand more need to be staffed.
