It's been a month since Career Hub, as part of the marathon #VseBudeUkraina answers the questions that most concern Ukrainian youth. The marathon is implemented within the framework of the “Dream and Act” program with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Every day, about 15,000 people view videos and digests from Career Hub – this is both a community that has already been formed over the years, and people who have recently joined. During the marathon, many super-important topics of military realities are touched upon.
In particular, the block of videos on physical security is tips that are aimed at helping to survive and save life nearby. So, for example, the video “How to provide home care?” explains step by step how an ordinary person without medical education can help a victim in a super emergency:
Career Hub is a Ukrainian expert platform of opportunities from the NGO “Center for the Development of Corporate Social Responsibility”. The mission of the platform is to help young people develop soft skills and realize their potential in Ukraine. And in the conditions of war, the purpose of the platform was to support young people on all topical issues: security, mental health, self-development and job search.
“You can hear that our digests and video infographics benefit people – priceless and inspiring. By voicing each video, I hope that somewhere in Odessa, Kharkov or Lviv, our subscribers watch and get important answers, hold on and continue the fight. We also continue to work even more powerfully and another charitable project is next in line, which should prove to Ukrainians that there are indeed many fronts and each is important in its own way. Glory to Ukraine!” – Taras Derkach, Career Hub Platform Manager.

The topic of the so-called “mental health” Career Hub is given more attention, because it is very topical. Mental health is also the subject of the online marathon video, and synchronously with the release of new videos, every Wednesday, there is an online psychological support group for those who want to be heard, but do not have the opportunity or are embarrassed to share it with their loved ones. For a month now, there has been a psychological support group where people of all ages, from different cities and regions of Ukraine overcome psychological barriers thanks to qualified mental health specialists.
“Our psychological support group has become good for many about 25% of the group members have been joining us regularly for a month now, other members join once or as needed. two Anastasias are waiting for you in Zoom (my psychologist colleague Anastasia Glazkova and I) and the members of the group – this gives a sense of predictability, control and security and an emotional connection with other people that we all lack so much now, “- Anastasia Golotenko, psychologist and crisis counselor, coordinator of the Career Hub community of consultants.
Help and benefit the country can Noah. Everyone plays their part in the common fight. Career Hub chose its role to share useful tips, support youth. Everything will definitely be Ukraine!
