Alarms in the East and South: explosions were heard in the Dnepropetrovsk region and Kherson

In most regions of the East and South of Ukraine, an air alert was announced on the night of August 23. After that, residents of Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson reported the sounds of explosions in their regions.
