Alarms are heard in the East of Ukraine, explosions are already heard in the Kharkiv region

On Monday, May 23, around 23 :39 an air raid alarm began to sound in the Kharkiv region, after which the threat of a missile strike was reported in a number of other eastern regions. Soon explosions were heard in the Kharkiv region. We recommend that all residents stay in shelters.
