Ukrainian defenders continue to destroy the enemy in response to regular shelling of civilian and military infrastructure. In just a day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit 3 command posts and 5 areas of concentration of manpower and equipment of the invaders.
This is stated in the latest report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the evening of September 26.
In total, during the day, the aircraft of the Defense Forces inflicted approximately 20 strikes. Defeat confirmed:
- 13 enemy manpower and military equipment areas,
- armored vehicle position,
- 5 positions of anti-aircraft missile systems.
Enemy losses are being clarified. However, it is known that as of September 26, the Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to destroy 57,200 enemies. During the day, Ukrainian defenders eliminated 500 invaders. The enemy suffered the greatest losses in the Kramatorsk and Donetsk directions.
During the current day, missile troops and artillery, in particular, hit 3 command posts, 5 areas of concentration of manpower and equipment of invaders, 1 position of anti-aircraft missile systems, 2 units of missile troops and artillery, 3 ammunition depots, as well as 12 separate important targets, – Reported to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
How the day went at the front
The enemy continues to focus on maintaining the occupied territories, attempts to completely occupy the Donetsk region, as well as the disruption of the active operations of the defense forces in certain directions.
The enemy is trying to restore lost positions in certain directions, conducts aerial reconnaissance and strikes at civilian infrastructure, violating the norms of International Humanitarian Law, the laws and customs of warfare.< /p>
During the day, Ukrainian soldiers repelled enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Disputed, Soledar, Podgorodnoye, Bakhmut, Mayorsk, Kamenka, Pobeda and Pavlovka.
