New data on the situation at the front were told in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The most difficult situation remains in the East of our state.
The situation in the North and East
There are no significant changes in the northern directions of the front. Russian invaders in the Seversky direction continue shelling Ukraine from their territory.
In the Kharkiv directionthe invaders concentrated their forces on defense in order to hold their positions. In addition, the invaders continue shelling settlements, including Kharkov, using artillery, tanks, multiple launch rocket systems and aviation. Ukrainian soldiers successfully repelled the hostile offensive in the direction of Dementievka.
In the Slavic directionRussian invaders are shelling settlements en masse. In addition, in the area of Bogorodichny, the invaders tried to go on the offensive, but our soldiers inflicted serious losses on them, because of which they retreated.
In the Kramatorsk direction, cities and villages suffer from barrel and rocket artillery used by the invaders. The Russian invaders had partial success in their attack on Verkhnekamenskoye.

In the Bakhmut direction the occupiers use cannon and rocket artillery and mortars to shell peaceful settlements. The invaders are advancing in the direction of the Veselaia Dolina in the area of Disputable. The fighting continues.
On the Avdiivka, Novopavlovsk and Zaporozhye directionsskirmishes continue along the entire line of confrontation. The occupiers are inflicting air strikes on peaceful settlements.
The situation in the South
In the Yuzhnobuzh direction counteroffensive of the Defense Forces. To tie down our troops, the invaders attack with cannon and rocket artillery along the entire line of confrontation.
At the same time, on July 7, the Ukrainian flag was officially raised on Zmeiny Island, which was brought there on July 4 after the invaders were beaten. Zmeiny Island and the village of Beloye in the Odessa region are officially de-occupied and have returned the Ukrainian flag.
