After meeting with Trump, he spoke with Putin: what Orban is trying to hide Angela Figin

On December 10, a meeting between Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban and newly elected US President Donald Trump took place in Florida, and the very next day the Hungarian politician had a telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin.

Perhaps Orban conveyed some kind of message from the future US president, Russian opposition journalist Igor Yakovenko told Channel 24. By the way, after talking with the Russian dictator, Orban declared the “most dangerous week” of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

What Orban is hiding in his “diplomacy”

The Hungarian Prime Minister entered into an exclusive relationship with Trump, which gave him some significance, and thereby changed his position within the European Union.

Orban, as Trump's confidant, increases his political capitalization. However, we should not forget that Trump has a serious election promise – establish peace. The Hungarian politician plays an extremely negative role in fulfilling this obligation, because he is trying to tell everyone that Ukraine allegedly lost the war and therefore Kyiv must surrender.

If Trump approaches his mission from this position, he will not succeed. Moreover, if we evaluate the situation objectively, Trump's mission is impossible. In fact, the only person who can end the war is Putin, but he does not want to do it. This is the naked truth that Orban is trying to hide in his diplomacy, added the Russian opposition journalist.

According to him, the most important thing is that it should eventually be clear to the whole world that Russia is not capable of reaching an agreement.

What is the mission of the Hungarian Prime Minister

Orban continues the “peacekeeping mission” that he took upon himself. In fact, the Hungarian Prime Minister has simply turned into another servant of the Putin regime. Today, his mission is to persuade the Western world to stop supporting Ukraine and convince Ukrainians to surrender by agreeing to all of Putin's conditions.

Orban has long been on a so-called shuttle-dove mission, Yakovenko noted.

By the way, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky responded to Orban's phone call with Putin by criticizing such discussions. He ridiculed the Hungarian prime minister, sarcastically suggesting that he talk to former Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad.
