Additional Patriot for Ukraine and NATO summit: Kuleba met with Blinken aide

On June 29, in Dubrovnik, Croatia, a meeting was held between Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba and United States Assistant Secretary of State James O'Brien.

The main topic of negotiations between politicians was the new supply of Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine.

— We positively assessed the progress made and coordinated further steps in this direction. We also discussed joint efforts to provide Ukraine with additional weapons and ammunition, — indicated the Ukrainian diplomat.

Kuleba noted that Kyiv greatly appreciates the work of the American government, its support for the need to carry out strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Russian territories and priorities for Ukraine in the transfer of ammunition and air defense systems.

Also, the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry drew attention to preparations for the NATO summit, which will take place on July 9-11 in Washington.  Ukraine will also take part in it and issues of defense of our country will be on the agenda of partners in the Alliance.
