The Stand Up for Ukraine event, organized by the European Union and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, raised 10.1 billion euros. The purpose of the action was to raise money for internally displaced persons and refugees from Ukraine.
Thus, many political leaders and world celebrities joined the action.

The “Stand Up for Ukraine” campaign has raised 9.1 billion euros for people who are fleeing bombs like inside and outside of Ukraine, with an additional billion pledged by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development,” said European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
A group of international celebrities, including Elton John, Madonna, Barbra Streisand , Bruce Springsteen, Alanis Morissette, Billy Eilish, Annie Lennox, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Bastille, Oprah Winfrey, Chris Rock and others showed their support for Ukraine.
At the same time, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development promised an additional billion in support for refugees of Ukraine.
