An accident in Teremki in Kyiv – in the Goloseevsky district on Akademika Zabolotnoho Street – occurred at 07:19 on November 4.

As established by law enforcement officers, the 38-year-old driver of a Mercedes-Benz bus, moving along Akademika Zabolotnogo Street, ran into a Lada Niva and a Mitsubishi.
The driver of one of the cars had just stopped to fix the vehicle, which broke down while driving, and the driver of the other joined him to help.
After the collision with the cars, the bus drove off the road in an uncontrollable state.
A passenger of a Lada died in an accident on Teremki on November 4 Niva.
Four more people – the drivers of the Mercedes-Benz bus, the Lada Niva and Mitsubishi cars, and the passenger of the last foreign car – were hospitalized with serious injuries.
Investigators are investigating the incident under Part 2 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of traffic safety rules or transport operation by persons driving vehicles, if they resulted in the death of the victim or caused serious bodily harm).
