Accident in Romania: Bus with 60 Ukrainians crashes into minibus, there is a victim

In Romania, there was a traffic accident involving a passenger bus carrying 60 Ukrainian citizens, including 21 children.

The bus was travelling from Bacau to Adjuda and crashed into a minibus parked on the side of the road.

The accident left five people aged between 27 and 65 injured – four in the minibus and one in the bus – and killed a 29-year-old woman from the commune of Ages, who was in the minibus, Bacau police said.

The passenger bus was driven by a 40-year-old foreigner. He was tested with a breathalyzer, the result was negative.

The police are investigating the circumstances of the accident involving a bus carrying Ukrainians.
