The difference is very large. If we take into account the detection range with the help of Western tanks, where there is excellent optics, it can be seen there for 3-4-5 kilometers. On the T-72B3 and T-80BVM tanks there is a sight that the tank commander can no longer see anything at a distance of 500 meters.
