This was announced by the head of the passenger direction of Ukrzaliznytsia Alexander Pertsovsky.< /p>
– (Information, – Ed.) is confirmed. This is the Zaporizhzhya-Uzhgorod train. We simply do not pedal every such case, but in trains, since more than 100 thousand people travel, unfortunately, especially in the summer, such natural deaths occur, — he said.
Ukrzaliznytsia noted that such tragedies “do not become dry statistics”, each case is investigated.

Death of a passenger in a carriage
Recently, the media reported the sudden death of a passenger on the Zaporizhzhya-Uzhgorod train. The tragedy probably occurred on July 16. The woman was traveling on a night express to visit a friend in the city of Stryi in the Lviv region.
Passengers noted that the train compartment was hot, and the carriage had no air conditioning.
Recall that extreme heat had been prevailing in Ukraine for a long time, with temperatures in some places reaching 40 degrees and higher. Against this background, the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center spoke about the impact of the war on the planet, in particular, the climate.
