Ramzan Kadyrov publicly addressed Vladimir Putin with the question of why the Russian dictator had not visited his republic for so long. This may indicate Kadyrov's fear and anxiety over the situation in Russia and Chechnya.

This opinion was expressed to Channel 24 by the Prime Minister of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria abroad, Akhmed Zakayev, noting that Kadyrov’s life and rule depend on Putin. Such panicky sentiments of the Chechen leader have become very noticeable in recent months.

What is Kadyrov afraid of?

Putin has been very active lately. According to Zakayev, Kadyrov understands that in all these meetings there was a double of the Russian president. Even if the double does not agree to come to Chechnya, this will become a serious signal indicating the weakening of the positions of the Chechen leader.

Kadyrov's alarming mood may indicate that Chechnya is preparing surprises for the current regime. Then the Kremlin will need at least some kind of victory, and it can be obtained in Chechnya by overthrowing the Kadyrov regime.

“The scenario that they prepared before the invasion of Ukraine is about a third Chechen war – this scenario still persists, so Kadyrov has nothing to worry about,” added the Prime Minister of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria abroad.

Can Kadyrov really be eliminated?

With Putin alive, such a development of events is hardly possible. However, according to Zakayev, the life of the Russian dictator will depend on how the situation in Ukraine unfolds.

Kadyrov indeed has a special relationship with Putin, who uses him to satisfy his goals. For example, to eliminate political opponents, raiding, intimidating oligarchs. After every crime Kadyrov committed at the federal level, Putin rewarded him.

The security forces and entourage of the so-called Russian president understood that Kadyrov was guided solely by the dictator’s instructions, so they allowed him to do whatever he wanted.

We understand that Putin and Kadyrov arose due to the “toothlessness” and political shortsightedness of Western politicians who turned a blind eye to all their crimes. If Ukraine had not shown such resistance, it too could have been betrayed. But seeing the power of Ukraine, the will and spirit of the people, no one will do this,” Zakayev emphasized.

The West understands that today there is a war not only against Ukraine, but against the entire civilization. After all, all the achievements of the international community will be at risk if Ukraine loses.
