Vladimir Kovalenko was liquidated in Mariupol. He is from Donetsk, and in the occupation authorities he held the position of “head of the department of private security.” Under what conditions it was destroyed is not reported.
Vladimir Kovalenko was a traitor to Ukraine. Before the occupation of Donetsk, he held one of the leading positions in the military unit 3004 of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. They were engaged in the convoy.
In fact, Vladimir Kovalenko was engaged in the convoy, only this time of illegally detained Ukrainians, in Donetsk after the arrival of the Russian invaders. Therefore, it was included in the “Peacemaker” database.
