Powerful earthquakes rocked Turkey and Syria on February 6th. Search and rescue operations are currently ongoing. During one of them, a family from Zaporozhye was found under the rubble.
Unfortunately, 46-year-old resident of Zaporozhye Yulia Petrova, as well as her two children, 10-year-old son Zakhar and 5 year old Matveychik. The terrible news was announced by the father of Yulia herself, Sergey Petrov.
From February 6, when the earthquake happened, they stopped communicating, he noted.
According to Sergei, his daughter and her sons went to visit relatives a few months ago. They live in the city of Antakya, located in the province of Hatay.
