Russian terrorists shelled the Kyiv district of Kharkov late in the evening of January 29th. A four-story residential building came under enemy fire. It may be partially demolished.
As a result of a Russian missile hit, the 4th floor and partly the third floor were completely destroyed. This was announced on the air of the national telethon by the head of the Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov. . Doctors also helped three victims.
Rescuers searched for the body of the deceased woman in the rubble for 3 hours. The injuries she received were incompatible with life,” Sinegubov said.
Specialists of the State Emergency Service determine the accident rate of this house, in addition, they examine nearby buildings that could also be damaged. Elimination of the consequences is still ongoing.
It is likely that the four-story building will have to be partially demolished. After all, the main task now is to eliminate accidents. It is impossible to live in the house for now, the head of the OVA noted.
In the near future, an examination will be carried out on the violation of the load-bearing structures of this building and a decision will be made by the Kharkiv city government regarding the restoration or demolition of this building, – said Sinegubov.
Residents of the destroyed house are with relatives. However, the official assures that, if necessary, the victims will be provided with temporary housing.
