The United States has published a report on the Pentagon data leak that occurred several months ago. According to the report, the alleged actions of Jack Teixeira remain the cause of the leak of the US Department of Defense data. Teixeira classified Pentagon information. It turned out that the leadership of the 102nd Reconnaissance Wing of the US National Guard Reconnaissance Directorate was not sufficiently vigilant in checking the behavior of all individuals under their command. They did not pay due attention to mission security and did not take measures to fully and effectively carry out the duties of the security program.

As a result, 15 members of the US National Guard PS were disciplined. The commander of the 102nd Reconnaissance Wing, Colonel Sean Riley, was removed from his post, and one of his deputies was reprimanded.

In addition, it was reported that security measures had been tightened.
