At the Omskktransmash enterprise, located in the Russian city of Omsk, the roof of one of the workshops caught fire on September 12.
Omsk Region Governor Vitaly Khotsenko confirmed this, emphasizing that there were no casualties.

Omsktransmash is part of the Uralvagonzavod concern and carries out, in particular, defense orders.
The enterprise produces military equipment, in particular tanks and heavy flamethrower systems Solntsepek, road construction machines, equipment for the oil and gas production complex, fulfills orders for the production of railway equipment.
Due to the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, the plant is under international sanctions.
