Citizens of Kiev are receiving massive calls supposedly from city numbers and warning of surrender. Unknown persons are represented by officials of various structures.
Residents of the capital are being terrorized by calls and trying to scare them with stories that Ukraine is signing a surrender. This was reported to Channel 24 by sources in the special services.
“We sign the copitulation”: how the Russians are trying to scare the people of Kiev
The callers introduce themselves in various ways, such as the police or government officials. The impostors tell the people of Kiev to stock up on firewood and food. Like, there will be no electricity, no gas, no water. And all because Ukraine seems to be “signing the surrender”.
One of these phone calls is recorded on the audio recording provided by the editors of Channel 24. It all started with the fact that a certain “security department of the nationalized banks of Ukraine” called a man (this does not even exist), where a bot with a woman’s voice said that the card account was suspended in work. To clarify the situation, the bot offered to connect with the operator by pressing 1.
The husband pressed 1. When the operator got in touch, he introduced himself very illegibly. From what we managed to understand – Andrei Nikolaevich Popisak. When the man asked to repeat who was on the line, because it was impossible to make out anything, the stranger immediately began to speak to illiterate Ukrainians: “stock up on firewood, coal, because we are signing a copitulation.” The stranger also stressed that “there will be no light, nothing” and repeated once again that Ukraine is allegedly signing a “copitulation”. The impostor immediately hung up when asked who it was on the phone.

< p> We emphasize that Ukraine is not going to capitulate. This is another information-psychological special operation, that is, IPSO from the Russians. This is done in order to frighten the Ukrainians and shake the confidence in the authorities.
Let us remind you that with the help of their bots, the enemy often disseminates information in social networks in the style of “we are being leaked.” And the amount of Russian news in the style of “Zelensky escaped from Ukraine” on February 24 is already hard to count.
