Footage released by the outlet shows the victim dancing in the square before the suspect approaches and intentionally crashes into him. He then brandishes a large knife and attempts to stab the perpetrator several times. In the next scene, a man with a knife stands over Zhao, who is lying down and trying to defend himself.
