A loud explosion was heard in Kyiv, although there was no air raid alert: what happened

Explosions were heard in the Kyiv region during the day, but there was no air raid signal. The Kyiv OVA hastened to assure that the loud noises had nothing to do with the air raid alerts announced in Ukraine on February 10.

The Kyiv OVA noted that the explosions were connected with planned work to destroy explosive objects. This may cause explosion sounds in the area.
