A record high air temperature was recorded in Lviv/Channel 24 collage Lvov. The thermometer reached 34 degrees Celsius, which is the highest reading for this day in the last 80 years.
The Lviv Hydromedical Center noted that such heat in the city on the last day of the first month of summer was not recorded in the entire history of observations. The last time the record maximum temperature on June 30 was broken in 1994 – then the air temperature in Lviv reached 31.6 degrees Celsius, which is 2.4 degrees less than in this year.
