Today, April 29, a temporary crossing was opened in the Kyiv region near Gostomel on the M-07 Kyiv-Kovel-Yagotin highway. It will provide transport links between Kyiv, Gostomel and Bucha across the Irpin River.
This was told by the head of the humanitarian headquarters of the Kiev region Oleksiy Kuleba, noting that work is underway to resume transport links in the region.
The infrastructure of the Kyiv region is slowly recovering
As Kuleba noted, a temporary crossing near Gostomel will help connect Kyiv, Gostomel and Bucha. Cars weighing up to 10 tons can run along the route.
Cars, trucks and buses will be able to move along the crossing, the message says.
Thus, the crossing will not only facilitate the movement of citizens, but will also revive the economic life of the region.
