In Russia, a drone with explosives was discovered on the territory of the St. Petersburg oil terminal. It was allegedly neutralized even without an explosion.

Russian telegram channels report this. It is noted that the drone was carrying 20 kilograms of explosives.

A seven-meter drone with 20 kilograms of explosives was found on the territory of the St. Petersburg oil terminal, the report says.

It is clarified that a drone without a wing was noticed by an employee of the enterprise during a walk-through – he immediately called the emergency services. This happened on March 3, and accordingly the attack took place on March 2.

“According to our data, it turned out to be an aircraft-type UAV with a wingspan of seven meters, in the tail section of which installed Italian two-cylinder Gilardoni engine. The drone was neutralized there, without even an explosion,” the message says.

This is not the first time that drones have flown to the terminal

This is the second time a UAV has fallen on the territory of the “St. Petersburg oil terminal”.

The first was on January 18 – during the first drone attack on the Leningrad region since the beginning of a full-scale war.

Later it became known that the attack was special operation of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense. Moreover, one of the drones flew over the estates of Russian oligarchs and the palace of dictator Vladimir Putin.
