Witnesses said that a silver sedan with Delaware license plates drove into a parked SUV guarding the president's motorcade.

Biden and First Lady Jill Biden had just left his campaign headquarters when the collision occurred. Jill Biden was also safe after the incident, the journalists said.

According to them, the silver sedan, which had a damaged bumper, was quickly cordoned off by security officers after stopping. Agents cornered the car and pointed their guns at the driver, who had his hands up.
