The court sent to jail a 19-year-old boy who ordered the murder of his father in order to receive an inheritance. They also condemned his friend, the executor of the order.
Two attackers were found guilty of contract killings. The court sentenced the customer to 12 years in prison, and the executor – 13 years.
Prosecutors proved in court that a 19-year-old boy, in order to receive an inheritance, ordered the murder of his own father. He gave his friend a detailed plan of the house, as well as the location of all family members. The heir planned to pay part of the money received to a friend for the murder, and the rest to spend on his own needs, the report says.
In March 2021, the perpetrator broke into a private house in the village of Gnedin, where a man lived. He attacked the owner and stabbed him more than 25 times. The victim died at the scene from his injuries.
Until the entry into force of the verdict, both convicts will be in custody.

By the way, in the Rivne region, the court sentenced the mother, because of which the newborn child died. It is known that a woman in a state of intoxication gave birth to a child at home without the supervision of doctors, and then went about her business.
