The head of the Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov said , that in the past day, Russian troops fired at Alekseevka and Saltovka from multiple launch rocket systems. Due to the hit of ammunition in Kharkov, the pavilions of one of the city's markets were on fire.

In addition, a missile attack hit the center of the city of Lozovaya in the Kharkiv region and actually destroyed the House of Culture. “Due to a rocket hit, a fire broke out in the House of Culture. Thanks to the courageous actions of our firefighters, the fire was eliminated. High-rise buildings nearby were also damaged by the explosion,” said Oleg Sinegubov.
