The Russians' missile attack on the Amstor shopping center in Kremenchug was yet another proof of Russia's terrorist nature. The tragedy brought many victims.
The mayor of Kremenchug, Vitaliy Maletsky, said that the city decided to declare mourning for those who died because of the attack. It will last for three days – June 28, 29 and 30.
Today is Constitution Day in Ukraine. But in Kremenchug the state flags will be flown at half mast. These days it is forbidden to hold any entertainment events, – the mayor said.
He also expressed his sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims. According to him, what happened is the biggest tragedy in the modern history of Kremenchug.
At the same time, according to Maletsky, the community of the city demands that those responsible for starting this war be held accountable. People also demand punishment for those who attacked civilians.
Mourning was declared throughout the Poltava region
Head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration Dmitry Lunin said that June 28 will be a day of mourning throughout the region. Thus, he will honor the memory of those who died as a result of the shelling of the mall in the city of Kremenchug.
According to Lunin, as a sign of mourning, state flags with a black ribbon will be lowered on the buildings of state authorities, local governments, enterprises, institutions and organizations.
Restrictions on entertainment events will also apply. Entertainment music was also banned in retail and catering establishments.

- Russian invaders attacked a shopping center in Kremenchug on June 27 from the Kursk region with X-22 missiles. The Ukrainians have already been able to identify specific Russians who may be involved in a war crime. There are their names, photos, positions. The war criminals who attacked Kremenchug serve in the 52nd Guards Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment of military unit 33310 based in the Kaluga region in the village of Shaikovka.
- The data on the dead and wounded as a result of the attack is constantly updated and, unfortunately, their number is growing. By the morning of June 28, 18 dead were known. Rescuers continued to work at the site of the missile attack. The mayor reported that another 36 people are considered missing. There are also those hospitalized. In total, at the time of the attack, there were 1000 people in the shopping center.
- But this is not the only rocket fired at Kremenchug that day. Another Russian enemy missile hit the wasteland. It is because of this that no one died as a result of this blow. The missile was also of high accuracy. It is worth noting that there are a lot of residents in Kremenchuk who speak Russian and are Russians by nationality.
