• families with deceased or wounded as a result of hostilities;
• persons with chronic or serious illnesses.

To receive assistance, they are advised to register with the Department of Social Protection of the Population (in Chernivtsi, it is on Glavnaya Street, 245) from 9 am to 5 pm (lunch break – from 13 to 13:30).

Moreover, people with disabilities can apply for hygiene products on an individual basis.
