Two dozen occupiers, vehicles and artillery mounts destroyed: enemy losses in the South/General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

On May 25, Russian troops continued shelling in the South of Ukraine. However, they also continued to suffer significant losses both in dozens of units of “manpower” and in equipment.

In addition to attacks on military positions, the enemy also hits peaceful settlements. The situation in this direction was described in more detail in the construction of the “South” operational command during the day.

What losses did the enemy suffer there

In total, our defenders were able to eliminate about 20 enemy soldiers in the southern regions. It is not known how many more were wounded.

The following Russian equipment was also destroyed:

• 2 self-propelled artillery mounts;
• anti-aircraft gun;
• automobile military equipment.

The security and defense forces of the South of Ukraine continue to perform tasks as intended, effectively counter challenges and threats, the command noted.

They also added that the Russians, for the most part, are now engaged in strengthening their positions there. In addition, the enemy is preparing retreat lines in the South.

One air raid was disrupted

Three raids by Russian Mi-8 helicopters were recorded along the collision line in Mykolaiv and Kherson regions that day. In total, 2-3 units of equipment took part in them.

One of these helicopter trio was torn down by a successful shelling carried out by our units. The enemy dodged the hits and was forced to retreat to their original positions.

The day before, they repulsed a serious attack

On the night of May 25, the Russians tried to seize part of the positions of the Ukrainian army. However, they were given a worthy rebuff, so the enemy began to speak out. Subsequently, the operational command reported that during this defense they managed to kill one occupier, and several more from where they pulled the wounded. Therefore, employees of OK “South” emphasized that the situation on their line of collision is tense, but fully controlled.

How the infidels were destroyed in another direction

The OK added that the naval grouping of enemy forces in the Black Sea has not changed, infidels continue to block shipping and ports. They also recalled that the threats of missile strikes and amphibious landings do not lose their relevance. People should be vigilant and in no case ignore air raid signals.

What is happening on Zmeiny Island

Snake Island is strategically important for Russia. The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, Kirill Budanov, explained that the island gives control over all trade routes on the territory of Ukraine. It also simplifies the landing of the invaders' amphibious assault.

Therefore, the Russians are building up their forces on Serpentine. They installed various air defense systems to thwart attacks from the APU from the air and electronic warfare systems. In addition, the surface fleet was concentrated on the island.

Israel did not allow the supply of Spike anti-tank missiles to Ukraine/ukrmilitary

Ukraine will receive more heavy weapons from the United States

Arestovich warned about the difficult psychological phase of the war/Collage 24 channels

Many Ukrainians begin the most difficult psychological phase of the war. This period will continue until a large amount of weapons provided by our army's international partners is tangible.

On May 25, Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the President's Office, warned about this stage of psychological difficulties. It is noticeable because the people have already begun to specifically break loose and pour accusations within the country.

Two commanders of military districts were fired in Russia/Defense-ua

The “purge” of generals continues in the Russian army. The media write that the commanders of the military districts were fired from their posts.

In Khmelnitsky, during the air raid on the evening of May 25, sounds similar to explosions were heard. However, later it turned out that there were no strikes on the city, and the locals heard the sounds of the air defense.

The defenders of our sky did a very good job and shot down the Russian missile before it flew into the city. That's why no one got hurt. This was reported a few hours after the lights out.
