The Ukrainian military continues to titanicly resist Russian aggression. Over the past day, the invaders tried to storm the Donbass and the southern direction, but all their attempts were unsuccessful.

People were mocked, many civilians were simply shot, – defender on the defense of Kharkov

On February 24, 2022, at about 5:00 am, the Russian invaders began shelling Kharkiv. As a result of the enemy bombardment, such areas of the city as Northern Saltovka, Pyatikhatki and Alekseevka suffered the most.
About the mobilization of people, fierce battles in the Kharkiv region, war crimes and the defense of the first capital of Ukraine – Konstantin Nemichev, head of the headquarters of the Kraken special forces, told the Channel 24 website exclusively.
“More than 800 people were already mobilized at 9:00 am”
Konstantin Nemichev was a participant in the Revolution of Dignity and participated in the defense of Kharkiv from a pro-Russian rebellion in the spring of 2014. In 2014-2016 he served in the battalion and regiment “Azov”, where he received the rank of sergeant. Participated in the battles for Shirokino and the defense of Mariupol. He said that before the start of a full-scale invasion, he understood that the war would begin – at the moment when Russia began to bring troops to the borders of Ukraine.
We started training and training the civilian population, training and lecturing. We made a “skeleton” of people and mobilized them in the first hours of the war. That is, if the war started at 5:00 in the morning, then more than 800 people at 9:00 had already been mobilized. And they began to develop a strategy, put people in position. We did all this with an officer of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine,” he said.
The basis was made up of veterans of the Azov regiment, as well as civilians. Representatives of different professions who wanted to learn joined. Every Saturday and Sunday they studied and gained experience, which they now use.
The first positions that the Ukrainian military occupied was the Kharkov ring road, where they managed to repel the breakthrough of advanced Russian units and destroy Russian armored vehicles.
One of the first contacts that took place was on Natalia Uzhviy Street in Severnaya Saltovka. There was the main bridgehead, because Russia wanted to get through. And together with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, their first column was burned there, which planned to go to Kharkov, – said Nemichev.

On the third day of the war, the column of invaders nevertheless broke through to Kharkov. The Kraken special unit, along with other units, “caught the invaders around the city and neutralized them.” Two representatives of Russian intelligence were captured.
They had the task of destabilizing Kharkov. That is, they broke through, and they had their own sector of responsibility. These guys, whom we took prisoner, were supposed to blow up the TV towers and communication towers. They didn't succeed. We burned their equipment and rendered harmless. After that, there were no more breakthroughs into the city of Kharkiv,” Nemichev added.

Everything that the occupiers had flew to Northern Saltovka. According to Nemichev, now there is actually no whole building left in this area of Kharkov.
If we take some cities of the Kyiv region and Mariupol, then we see how infidels level villages with the ground when they lose them. And when they realized that they would not break through to Northern Saltovka, they began to bomb this area with everything they had. Tanks, 120-mm mortars, self-propelled artillery mounts (ACS), artillery, Grads were working, the defender said.
Northern Saltovka after Russian shelling/Photo by Alina Turishin, Channel 24:
There were positions on Severnaya Saltovka that were supposed to meet the enemy.
“They also flew into the windows where there were positions. People died, there are wounded, but we survived. Unfortunately, the guys die, but they die like heroes. They defend their state, their city and do what everyone should do man,” Nemichev emphasized.
Ukrainian defenders also helped with the evacuation of people to places allocated by the city for their temporary residence. However, there were also people who remained during the hostilities and flatly did not want to leave. They moved into basements and shelters. Therefore, the fighters helped them as much as possible with food and water.
“We are doing everything possible and impossible”
According to Nemichev, In the north of Kharkov, a counteroffensive is now underway. The territories are cleared, but it is very difficult, because the Russian soldiers are digging in, fortifying and concreted.
It's very hard to attack now. Their task is to stretch our troops. They understand that if we clean up our territory here, we will go to help in the Donbass and the Izyum direction. Their task is to hold on with all their might. We do everything possible and impossible. Our unit has liberated two settlements – Russkaya Lozovaya and Pitomnik, and we plan to move on to drive the enemy out of our territories, – the warrior noted.
The Izyum direction is the enemy's priority. After all, on the road Kupyansk – Izyum, they made their way to the Donbass. That is, they plan to go through this path to the territory of Donbass and encircle.
But our Armed Forces hold on. Sometimes we give a lot of surprises for the Russian Federation. That is, their columns are on fire. We understand their logistics. We understand how they send ammunition and food, where their warehouses are. We have it all, and we are working on it. We try to make sure that their equipment is neutralized as much as possible, because they have a human resource. It is necessary to neutralize the equipment – this is one of the ways to win, – said Nemichev. 05/nad-ljudmi-izdevalis-mnogih-grazhdanskih-prosto-rasstreljali-zashhitnik-ob-oborone-harkova-5584cd1.jpg” alt=”People were bullied, many civilians were simply shot, – defender about the defense of Kharkov” />< /p>

“There are a lot of cases of violence, interrogations”
Now, according to statistics, 20% of Kharkiv region is occupied. However, most of the territory remains mined. In particular, civilians are not yet allowed into Severnaya Saltovka. There are still a lot of unexploded shells and trip wires there.
It is better for civilians not to go there and wait until everything is cleared to pick up their things,” he added.
The situation is the same in those territories that have just been liberated. Konstantin Nemichev said that people found Russian troops in Russkaya Lozovaya and Pitomnik at 5:00 in the morning. They didn't even have a chance to leave. And the way to Kharkov was immediately cut off by the Russian army. People had to be in occupation for two months without food, water, electricity.
Their phones were taken away, all people were driven into basements. Residents were forbidden to travel by car in the village. They were beaten out to Belgorod in Russia. They offered to go there almost every day. People were bullied. There are a lot of cases of violence, interrogations. Many civilians were simply shot in the streets. These are the same Russians who were in Bucha and other regions. They have one mentality, and they work according to their own notes, Nemichev noted.

Now many Kharkiv residents are already returning to the city, but the shelling has not ended yet. If we take the outskirts of Kharkiv, then it “arrives” there anyway.
The war is not over yet. Therefore, if people return, they must understand that they need to be in shelters, understand that there is a curfew, you need to think about your safety. Therefore, if possible, it is better not to return yet. It’s safer and easier for the military as well,” Nemichev summed up.

Deportation of children to Russia/”Informator”
The aggressor country forcibly removed 230,000 Ukrainian children. Russia is doing this to destroy the nation.
In total, Russia has already deported more than 1.4 million Ukrainians. Serhiy Dvornik, Advisor to the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the UN, stated this during a meeting of the Security Council on May 25. to Russia, is a crime aimed at destroying the Ukrainian nation by depriving it of its younger generations, which is a modern manifestation of colonialism,” Dvornik stressed.
The adviser said that as a result of rocket and artillery attacks on Ukrainian cities, tens of thousands of civilians were killed and many were injured.
Millions of citizens were forced to leave their homes. Many Russian infidels completely destroyed. There are about 220 thousand people who completely lost their homes.
At least 14.5 million people were forced to flee from the war, among them 8 million became internally displaced persons, and 6.5 million left from Ukraine as refugees.
We have no doubt that Russian military strategies predicted this refugee crisis as one of the successful outcomes of the war. As well as the food crisis, – says Serhiy Dvornik.
Ukraine's adviser to the UN adds that the Russians did not take into account one important factor. The aggressor country underestimated Ukraine's neighbors and friends who continue to help refugees and IDPs.
According to Dvornik, Russia is purposefully attacking the civilian population. This is their military strategy in the style of Nazism.
Among the crimes that Russia cynically commits in Ukraine: murders, torture, illegal detentions, deportation, deprivation of property rights, attacks on civilians, confiscation of grain in local, robbery and other .
Data on the deportation of children from the OP
Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak said that Russian terrorists took more than 232,000 Ukrainian children to their country.
More than 2 thousands of minors have either lost their parents or been forcibly separated from them.

In Russia, the military was thrown into jail because of “cooperation with Ukraine”
Russian military convicted of “collaboration with Ukraine”/Channel 24 collage and sent to prison for allegedly “cooperating with Ukraine.” He was sentenced to 13 years in prison.
The Russian military was sentenced to 13 years for “espionage in favor of Ukraine”
This was reported in the Russian Mass Media. According to them, senior lieutenant Ruslan Artykov was detained back in 2019, when the FSB became aware that he was collecting data for the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.
The military court deprived the man of the rank of senior lieutenant and sentenced him to 13 years. Artykov's sentence will be served in a strict regime penal colony. Note until the verdict has entered into force.
The court session was held behind closed doors. When it ended, they reported that the defendant confessed to his deed and admitted his guilt.
What is known about Ruslan Artykov
Senior Lieutenant Artykov was a contract soldier and served in the 175th command brigade of the Southern Military District . Its location is the city of Aksai, Rostov Region.

In 2019, he was detained. According to the Federal Security Service, Artykov collected and handed over data to the Ukrainian GUR, so he was declared suspected of treason under Article 275 of the Russian Criminal Code.
This time Artykov was in jail. In February 2022, he attacked an employee of the Lefortovo detention center in Moscow. For this, he was transferred to a punishment cell.
According to the Public Monitoring Commission, this act was preceded by certain health problems of the defendant, because of which he visited the prison hospital. “Maybe they just can't stand the stress, or maybe something more serious has become the reason,” they said.
In Russia, the age restrictions for conscripts are canceled
Meanwhile, in Russia there is a lack of people who are ready to go to war in Ukraine is becoming more and more tangible. Therefore, the authorities of the aggressor country have to get out.
Yesterday, on May 25, Russia abolished certain age restrictions for conscripts and approved a new law so that even more people could be thrown into our territories like cannon fodder. From now on, contract soldiers over 40 years old will also be recruited into the army.
Recall that earlier Russians from 18 to 40 years old and foreigners under 30 years old could serve under the contract. However, now they will recruit contract servicemen under the age of 50.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs explained the position regarding the legalization of weapons in Ukraine
The Ministry of Internal Affairs is already working on the legalization of weapons/LOGAN WEAVER
During the full-scale war of Russia against Ukraine, the question of the legalization of weapons arose. Therefore, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is already thinking about the mechanism, and also asking people to express their opinion on this matter.
As the adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs Vadim Denisenko noted during the telethon, after the war, many people will still have weapons in their hands. Accordingly, it will need to be legalized. And for this, channel 24 reports, it will be necessary to develop a legalization mechanism.
There is already a request for the legalization of weapons
Let's start with the fact that another survey started the day before in Die. He, in fact, concerns the legalization of weapons. In it, anyone over the age of 18 can cast their vote for one of three options:
- for special needs;
- for personal protection;
- I am against.
The results of this survey will allow officials to better understand the mood of Ukrainians on the use of weapons. And after that, it will be possible to refine the bills in such a way as to satisfy everyone.
Worthy of attention! The data of the sociological group “Rating” testify that 58% of the respondents would like to own weapons. Note that in pre-war times there were only 25% of such people.
We already have a lot of weapons in our hands< /h3>
Vadim Denisenko appealed to the language of numbers. He noted that only in Kyiv they issued 20 thousand guns to protect our state. And this, according to the adviser to the minister, instilled hope in Ukrainians, and also provided a moral advantage. Moreover, they felt that they had the opportunity to defend their home, their country.
And the war itself has already shown that people are ready to legalize weapons. Therefore, the Ministry of Internal Affairs decided to conduct a survey to understand how many people are ready for this and under what conditions they are satisfied with the permits.
It is known that the draft law has already been adopted in the Verkhovna Radaon the legalization of weapons in the first reading. Now the document is being prepared for the second one. For this, a discussion was held in the community. In particular, to understand:
- Is it necessary or not to legalize (most now say that it is necessary);
- How and what to legalize? What should be the restrictions?
Experts are already working on these issues, Denisenko stressed. They study international experience, and also analyze the consequences that may arise after the war.
The minister's adviser noted that after the war, many people will have weapons. No one will bear to surrender them immediately. Therefore, it will be necessary to normalize the issue, which will avoid problems. For example, organizations of armed banditry.
As Denisenko noted, the ministry's task now is to minimize risks. In addition, it should be conveyed to people that weapons are needed to minimize the level of crime, and not to increase it. To do this, everyone must have the appropriate permits, not have mental problems or other restrictions.
Experience shows: if society is ready for this, if there are a large number of trained people with weapons, the number of crimes can drop sharply. Denisenko emphasized.
The journalist immediately remembered the shooting that had taken place the day before in Texas. To which Denisenko replied that there is no identity between the legalization of weapons and the growth of such crimes. As an example, he took the same Russia. There have been at least two shootings there in the last year alone.
Such things do not depend on whether weapons are legalized or not, Denisenko stressed.
Be that as it may, the mechanism itself still needs to be developed. The Ministry of Internal Affairs wants to accurately study the mood of Ukrainians. After that, it will be determined what type of weapon can be legalized. Although here, Denisenko notes, there are no patterns between possible crimes and types of weapons owned by locals.
A series of explosions in Afghanistan: people died in a mosque and shuttle buses
At least two believers became victims of an explosion in a mosque in the Afghan capital, three more explosions thundered in passenger buses in a city in the north of the country.
On Wednesday, May 25, a series of explosions rocked Afghanistan. In the northern city of Mazar-i-Sharif, nine people were killed in terrorist attacks, and an explosion in a mosque in the capital Kabul claimed the lives of at least two people.
Al Jazeera reports.
As The Afghan Interior Ministry said two people were killed and 10 others injured after an explosion during evening prayers at a mosque in Kabul. According to the Kabul emergency hospital, the death toll is much higher – five people died in the mosque, another 22 were injured.
Al Jazeera was unable to independently verify the number of deaths. According to eyewitnesses, several ambulances arrived at a mosque in Kabul to transport the victims of the explosion.
In the city of Mazar-i-Sharif in the north of the country, terrorists planted explosive devices inside passenger buses. The explosions killed nine people and injured 15.
“Bombs were placed on three minibuses in different parts of the city,” said Mohammad Asif Waziri, the Taliban-appointed speaker in Balkh province.
Responsibility for the attacks in Mazar-i-Sharif took ISIS. There is no information yet regarding the explosion in the mosque.
Let us recall that the radical Islamist movement “Taliban”, which seized power in Afghanistan last year, could not stop the expansion of the terrorist group “Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant”, whose militants are now present in all 34 provinces of Afghanistan.

“Putin Peak” was decorated with a blue and yellow flag/Collage 24 channels
At the peak of the name of Putin in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan set the flag of Ukraine. The flag flew from a peak in the Tien Shan mountain system.
The video with the flag on the mountain was posted on Twitter.
If in the world there is P * tin Peak and the Ukrainian banner, then their meeting is inevitable. Some hooligans brought it in and hung it up, we have no idea who, – the author wrote.
It should be noted that “Putin Peak” is a mountain of Kyrgyzstan, located in the Tien Shan system in the north of the country in the Chui region. In 2011, he was given the name of the Russian dictator. The height of the mountain is more than 4 thousand meters.
Who hung the flag on the mountain
Journalists contacted the climbers who found the flag on “Putin Peak”. However, they asked not to be named for safety, writes “UP Life”. They climbed the mountain and hung the flag.
According to the climbers, Kyrgyzstan is not Poland. There are quite a few people there who are in favor of the so-called Russian “special operation”.
By the way, in the comments, many Ukrainians thanked the climbers for such an act. Some netizens noted that now it would be good “to hang the Ukrainian flag on Putin's face.” The mountain is proposed to be renamed “the end of Putin”.
Ukrainian flag flies in Russia as well
- On April 9, in Moscow, the Ukrainian flag appeared on the roof of an administrative building. The blue-and-yellow banner was raised over the administration of the Horoshovo-Mnevniki district. It hung there for a whole morning, then Russian officials took down the flag.
- In Novosibirsk, a pensioner also hung a Ukrainian flag on her balcony. At the request of the police, she refused to take it off, so the rescuers carried out a whole “rescue operation.” It got to the point that they called the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations with climbing equipment, because the woman lives on the 9th floor.
In addition, Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories also hang Ukrainian flags. By all means they continue to demonstrate to the occupiers that they are strangers here. For example, in Kherson, a blue-and-yellow banner was hung over the railway station, and in Beryslav, the Russian flag was removed from the pedestal.
Hail the size of a walnut hit city streets in southern Serbia (photo, video)
In social networks, eyewitnesses publish footage of a powerful storm that caused trouble in Serbian cities.
On the evening of Wednesday, May 25, a strong storm with thunder and hail hit the western and southeastern parts of Serbia.
This is reported by the local publication Pink, publishing a photo and video of eyewitnesses frightened by this element.
Photos taken after a thunderstorm were published on social networks, showing the consequences of heavy rains and hail that fell in certain areas.
In one of the pictures, taken in the vicinity of Batská Palanka, it can be seen that hail the size of a walnut covers the streets of the city. Such ice balls could cause serious injury to passers-by.
A powerful downpour turned the streets into real rivers, and the wind felled trees, which, falling, blocked the roads in some places.
The publication reported that that at first a strong thunderstorm with hail and lightning hit the north of the country.
Recall that earlier a powerful hurricane swept through the west of Germany in the cities of Paderborn and Lippstadt. Local authorities reported at least 40 injured, ten of whom were seriously injured.
