2 reserves are completely exhausted: will Putin decide on mobilization in 2025? Anzhelika Galesevich

Russia has exhausted its reserves of convicts and migrants for the war against Ukraine. Let the occupiers have 12 thousand soldiers from the DPRK and several hundred fighters from Africa and other continents, but they will last until the end of December – beginning of January at most.

Therefore, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin will have to carry out mobilization in 2025. Although there is a nuance here. The chairperson of the charity fund “Sidyashchaya Rus” Olga Romanova told 24 Kanal that many Russian men are hiding from military service and trying to flee Russia.

Why Russians should prepare for mobilization

The number of men trying to “dodge” the army is growing rapidly in Russia. It is difficult to count the number of those hiding. But it is likely that more than 30 thousand people are being talked about.

This is a solid figure that speaks of trust in Putin's army and the so-called “insiders”; about how they really want to risk their lives and about how the patriotic trumpet sounds in the chest. When it comes to family members, anything seems better than conscription, – noted the chairwoman of the charity fund “Sidyashchaya Rus”.

Accordingly, many Russian men are trying to leave Russia. Olga Romanova recommends leaving through Norway and Kazakhstan. Since, in her opinion, mobilization is inevitable.

Two reserves have already been completely exhausted: convicts and migrants. They are counting on money. Large cities are raising the price in order to finally “pump out” all the marginals from small and medium-sized towns and send them to war, passing them off as their own population.

There are 12 thousand North Korean troops. Perhaps another 188 thousand will arrive, but that's not a fact. Let the Kremlin manage to recruit a few hundred more people from Africa, Latin America and Central Europe. Then – that's it, they will have to carry out mobilization.

With this, they can hold out until the New Year, plus the autumn draft, which should end soon. Then February and mobilization, Olga Romanova stated.

Note that analyst Peter Dickinson warned that Putin's goals are not limited to Ukraine. He seeks to return “historically Russian lands,” in particular in the Baltics, Belarus, Poland, and other former vassals of the Russian Empire.
