As of the morning of April 12, the Russian invaders lost about 19,900 soldiers in the war against Ukraine. At the same time, Ukrainian defenders neutralized 732 enemy tanks.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported about new losses of the enemy. The military body added that the actual amount of equipment cleared may differ from the published data.
Enemy losses from February 24 to April 12
In general, Russian troops lost:
- about 19,600 soldiers,
- 732 tanks,
- 1,946 armored fighting vehicles,
- 349 artillery systems,
- 111 multiple launch rocket systems,
- 63 units of air defense equipment,
- 157 aircraft,
- 140 helicopters,
- 1406 vehicles,
- 76 fuel tanks,
- 7 ships and boats,
- 124 unmanned aerial vehicles of the operational-tactical level,
- 25 units of special equipment,
- 4 launchers operational-tactical missile weapons.
The data is being specified. The calculation is complicated by the high intensity of hostilities, the General Staff adds.

By the way, near the village of Novoaidar in the Lugansk region, thanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the invaders lost ammunition.
