The whole world was shocked by the atrocities of the Russians in the Kyiv region. In Bucha, only now they were able to bury the people who were killed by the invaders.
We are talking about the bodies of 13 dead, which no one took away. On September 2, the last mass grave of Ukrainians killed by the Russians during the occupation of the city in March-February took place at the cemetery in Bucha. Some of the bodies have not yet been identified.
We are finishing the burial of uncollected bodies. Some of the bodies were identified, but the relatives did not apply and they were not taken away. There will be 76 graves in the sector of those. These are people who died during the occupation of Bucha, as well as those who were shot dead on the territory of the district,” said the deputy mayor of Bucha, Mikhailina Skorik-Shkarovskaya.
According to her, among the bodies were burnt and gunshot through ball wounds of the torso.
In the Buchansky district, about 1,100 people died because of the actions of the invaders, 419 of them were from the city community. The numbers are inaccurate, because the bodies are still being exhumed. For most of the buried, the investigation establishes the causes of death.
Tortured bodies are still being found
- At the beginning of a full-scale invasion, there were positions of Russian invaders. They were fired back in March. And law enforcement officers on September 1 found the body of a man there. The victim was about 40-50 years old. There were injuries on his neck and body. He was wearing high boots and had a Seiko watch.
- The security service identified 3 Russian servicemen of the 64th separate motorized rifle brigade of the 35th Russian army who tortured and tried to kill a civilian during the temporary occupation of the Kyiv region . They kidnapped the man and tortured him for several days. The victim was subjected to violence and psychological pressure.
