In the Lugansk region, Russian invaders are continuously shelling cities and villages. OVA head Sergei Gaidai constantly urged residents to evacuate because of the critical situation in the region.

He said that on April 23, 52 people were evacuated from Popasna, where the situation is now difficult, another 32 from Lisichansk and 30 people from Severodonetsk. People went to safe regions of Ukraine. More than 110 people were evacuated from the hall on April 23.

We managed to evacuate a disabled person whose leg was amputated, as well as one resident who was injured from fragment of a shell.

Gaidai reminded that more than a thousand people left the region every day, now the score is kept in hundreds.

In addition to evacuation, humanitarian aid was sent to the settlements of the Popasnyanskaya community – Kamyshevakhi, Nikolaevka and Vrubovka.
