“100 Days” Still Relevant: Kellogg Says Ending War Is 'A Matter of Months' Dmitry Usik

Trump's team suggests that ending the war in Ukraine is a matter of months, not years. At the same time, they suggest putting pressure on both Moscow and Kyiv.

This was reported by 24 Channel with reference to the words of Trump's special representative for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg on Fox News.

What Kellogg thinks about ending the war in Ukraine

According to Kellogg, Donald Trump will create “levers of influence” over both Ukrainians and Russians.

He (Trump – 24 Channel) is a wonderful drafter of agreements. He knows it. He knows how to use leverage. And that's one of the things we talk to him about and give him the opportunity to do what he wants to do as president,” the official said.

Keith Kellogg suggested that ending the war is a matter of months, not years. He hopes the U.S. could make some gains in the short term.

Kellogg notes that he would like to see a countdown to 100 days to see where we are: either a ceasefire or a permanent peace. The diplomat believes this is quite achievable, noting that ending the war in Ukraine will not be like Afghanistan, where it lasted four years.

Regarding sanctions against Russia and the supply of weapons to Ukraine, Kellogg responded that this would be decided by the US President, but assured that he understands well where to apply pressure.

By the way, Keith Kellogg previously stated that Russia's war against Ukraine is coming to an end. According to Kellogg, Ukraine has lost more soldiers in three years of war than the US did in the entire Vietnam War and the Korean War combined.
