Zhirinovsky: Russia needs to completely liberate Ukraine and establish its power there

The leader of the LDPR party, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, said that Russia should fully annex Ukraine. He stated this on the air of Komsomolskaya Pravda, reports the Public News Service.
“Completely liberate Ukraine and put their power everywhere there. Ukraine should not exist. They, as provinces, become part of Russia, ”he said.
He added that after that there will be “no militants, no Nazis, no Anti-Russia”, and Russian schools will be reopened.
Zhirinovsky also believes that it is easy to get concessions from the United States on this issue, but Washington needs to understand that “there is a smell of war in the air.”
On December 19, Zhirinovsky called for the use of military force against Ukraine if the country does not comply with Moscow's requirements for “red lines” and ensuring security. According to Zhirinovsky, Moscow's main “ultimatum” is that various political forces should stop touching Kiev and that it never become a NATO member.
