President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, speaking at the European Parliament, stressed that the Russian troops that the head of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent to our state are killing Ukrainian children.

– We, you know, have a desire for our children to live. It seems to me that this is fair. Yesterday 16 children died. And again, President Putin will say that this is some kind of operation, and “we are hitting the military infrastructure.” Where are our children? What military factories do they work on, what missiles do they use?! Maybe they ride in tanks? 16 children you killed! Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed.
He also told members of the European Parliament that this morning was tragic for Ukraine, as Kharkov again came under rocket fire from Russian troops.
– Two cruise missiles in Kharkov. The city, which is near the borders with the Russian Federation … There are more than twenty universities. This is the city where the largest number of universities in our country. Young people are bright, smart, who always gathered for all holidays on the largest square in our state – Freedom Square. And this is the largest square in Europe. And in the morning two cruise missiles – in the Freedom Square. Dozens of victims. This is the price of freedom,” the president said.
He added that Ukrainians are now fighting for their land and for freedom. Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed confidence that no one can break the citizens of Ukraine, including Russian troops.
– Believe me, despite the fact that all major cities of our state are now blocked, no one will enter our freedom and state. Believe me: every square at this time, whatever it is called, it will be called Freedom Square. In every city of our state. Nobody will break us. We are strong, we are Ukrainians,” Zelensky said.
