This was reported by a representative of the German government, AFP reports.
The meeting will take place in the afternoon in Frankfurt am Main, where a meeting of the Contact Group on the Defense of Ukraine in the Ramstein format will also take place that day.
It is noted that the leaders of the two countries will meet face to face. Other details of the meeting and topics of conversation are not disclosed.
Recall that according to information from the German publication Spiegel, the President of Ukraine is expected at a meeting of “Rammstein” in Germany on September 6.
