Head of State Volodymyr Zelensky spoke by phone with US President Joe Biden.
Zelensky announced this on Twitter.
“Had a great conversation with @POTUS (US President Joe Biden – ed.). Thanked for the unwavering support of the Ukrainian people – security and financial – from the United States. We discussed Ukraine's next steps towards defeating the aggressor and the importance of holding Russia accountable for war crimes,” the president wrote.

The United States continues to support Ukraine in the fight for freedom against Russia.
Recall that on Wednesday, August 24, US President Joe Biden announced the largest military aid package since the start of a large-scale war. America's leader announced a $3 billion aid package for Ukraine. It includes modern air defense systems, drones and VAMPIRE laser-guided missile systems.
