The head of Ukraine said this during a joint press conference following a conversation with the presidents of Lithuania and Poland.
The head of the Ukrainian state noted that the world has repeatedly heard the “intimidation” of the Russian Federation to place weapons in different parts of the world. However, he stressed that such statements “cannot be played”.
