President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, by his decree, appointed Oleg Sinegubov as the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (ODA).
According to decree No. 676/2021 of December 24, Sinegubov was appointed head of the Kharkiv regional state administration.
By another decree No. 675/2021, the president dismissed Alexander Skakun from the temporary performance of his duties as head of the Kharkiv regional state administration.
According to the statement of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Zelensky noted that, while working as the head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, Sinegubov was able to establish effective work in the regional state administration and achieve considerable results in the region.
& # 8212; I hope that the Kharkiv region will face no less noticeable changes and, as a result, & # 8212; significant achievements and development, & # 8212; said Zelensky, handing Sinegubov an official ID.
Sinegubov, for his part, noted that he understands what great responsibility awaits him in this post, and assured that he will make efforts for qualitative changes in the Kharkiv region.
I am familiar with the situation in the Kharkiv region, I know the problems, which have accumulated. There is a positive experience of work in the Poltava Regional State Administration, so I will implement it, taking into account the peculiarities of the Kharkiv region, & # 8212; he stressed.
As reported, on December 15, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the appointment of Oleg Sinegubov as head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.
The Cabinet also approved the dismissal of Oleg Sinegubov from the post of head of the Poltava Regional State Administration.
Sinegubov was born in 1983 in Kharkov. Graduated from the National University of Internal Affairs in 2004. Doctor of Laws. Has over 20 years of experience. In particular, in 2000-2008 he served in the internal affairs bodies, in 2008-2019 he worked at the Kharkov University of Internal Affairs.
For the last two years Sinegubov headed the Poltava Regional State Administration.
