For Russia it is extremely important so that the Global Peace Summit in Switzerland does not demonstrate understanding by all global communities (primarily neutral countries).
Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak spoke about this during the telethon on April 22.
“They prefer a respite or an operational pause on their own terms. That is, they don’t want anyone to put pressure on them, to say “look, you’ve destroyed international law”… They don’t want that, because it will be a completely different information paradigm, they don’t want to live in it… Information pressure, blackmail. They will offer to some countries “we will reduce the price of gas for you by 28%,” for example… Corruption, corruption among the elite, public statements. There is no point in discussing them. We just need to fix who will carry out all this and at what level,” Podolyak said.
According to him, it is extremely important for Russia that the Swiss summit does not demonstrate the understanding of all global communities (primarily neutral countries) that “it cannot be like this.”
“It cannot be that someone can come and break the global system of agreements… and, in principle, not be responsible for it,” he added.
Recall that President Vladimir Zelensky has already stated that Russia has a specific plan to disrupt the Peace Summit. With reference to intelligence data, the head of state is the Kremlin’s goal to reduce the participation of countries and how to act so that the world does not live even longer.
Previously, TSN.ua reported that the Global Peace Summit, initiated by Ukraine, will take place on June 15-16 at the Birgenstock resort in the Swiss canton of Nidwalden, near the city of Lucerne.
