Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky stated this during a joint press conference with US President Joe Biden on June 13.
Zelensky explained that everyone is well acquainted with his peace plan and reminded that it is open to everyone.
He noted that Ukraine’s peace plan is based on the UN Charter, the principles of territorial integrity and sovereignty, food security and nuclear security.
“If China has an alternative view on this, then it can prepare an alternative formula for peace. If they share this path to peace, then we will find an opportunity for dialogue,” the president said.
Meanwhile , the Chinese Foreign Ministry claims that Beijing’s peace plan has already been supported by 45 countries. Representatives of the PRC will not attend the summit on the peace plan for Ukraine on June 15-16, because they are lobbying the governments of other states for their alternative plan. This was stated by 10 diplomats, one of whom called Beijing's campaign a “hidden boycott” of the global meeting in Switzerland.
