Maria Zakharova accused Bloomberg of publishing false materials on a systematic basis

The American Bloomberg agency publishes false materials on a systematic basis. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova on the YouTube channel “Solovyov Live”.
Discussing whether the publication about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine appeared intentionally, she noted that she could not answer this question accurately. However, the diplomat noted, such reports do not happen for the first time.
In particular, she drew attention to a similar throw-in two weeks ago that allegedly Beijing and Moscow agreed that they would postpone the invasion of Ukraine in connection with the Olympics in Beijing. “There was such an absolutely crazy story, it was disavowed by the Foreign Ministries of both China and Russia. Therefore, this thing is systemic,” Zakharova said.
On February 5, an article about the “beginning of the invasion” of Russia into Ukraine appeared on the Bloomberg website by mistake. Later, the publication apologized for publishing false data. The agency clarified that they are now investigating the circumstances of how such false and provocative material could appear on the site.
Later, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov called the American media a serious publication and added that now, against the background of such publications, the Kremlin has every reason to replace the definition of the term fake-news with Bloomberg-news.
