The British government must apologize for the lies to the entire world community and its subjects. This was written by the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova in her Telegram channel.
Thus, she responded to the words of the British Foreign Minister that London would believe in Moscow's peaceful intentions when Russian troops were withdrawn from the Ukrainian border. “For example, we didn’t bring troops to the British borders, but, according to the previous generation of London political thought, we managed to “attack” Britain in the area of the Salisbury spiers,” said Maria Zakharova.
Earlier, Truss said that only a full-scale withdrawal of Russian troops from the borders of the neighboring republic could dispel the fears of Western countries regarding a possible Russian invasion of Ukraine. She added that she did not trust the statements of the Russian authorities that Moscow had no plans to attack Ukraine.
According to her, in the UK they fear that Russia may undertake a series of provocations under a false flag in the coming days, as it did before.
