Olympic champion in figure skating Alina Zagitova took part in an ice show dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Honored Coach Tamara Moskvina. It is reported by Sport24.
After the performance, the athlete congratulated the hero of the day and confused her name, calling the specialist Tatyana. “Thank you very much for giving our country such wonderful couples and Olympic medals. It's incredibly nice to be here today, ”said Zagitova. After that, she gave Moskvina a bouquet of flowers.
Since 2014, Moskvina has been the head of the “Star Ice” children's and youth sports school of the Olympic reserve in St. Petersburg. She currently trains reigning world and Russian champions Anastasia Mishina and Alexander Gallyamov, as well as reigning European champions Aleksandra Boykova and Dmitry Kozlovsky.
