When the “military commissar” called him, Nikolai Peskov asked his interlocutor if he knew who he was talking to and said that he would decide on the issue of mobilization “at a different level.”

Dmitry Nizovtsev, a member of the Russian opposition team, posing as a military commissar, suggested that Nikolai Peskov undergo a medical examination in order to go fight against Ukraine. However, the son of speaker Putin refused the proposal, arguing that he would resolve this issue “on a different level”.
“You must understand, if you know that I am Mr. Peskov, how not quite right to I was there. In short, I will decide this at a different level,” said the son of speaker Putin.
Recall that the State Duma wants to be the first to send Ukrainian citizens who moved to the Russian Federation after 2014 to the front.
